The National winner will receive a $500 EE savings bond and recognitiion at his/her state chapter of the American Psychiatric Association. Second Place will receive a $300 EE savings bond. Third Place will receive a $100 EE savings bond. Mail essays postmarked on or before March 19, 2008.
