"WHEN NOT TO KEEP SECRET"

COPYRIGHT TRANSFER AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between ______________________________(student), and the American Psychiatric Association Alliance (APA Alliance).

Student is the creator of a WHEN NOT TO KEEP A SECRET entry, a copy of the project is attached, and is the sole owner of the copyright in that work. APA Alliance desires to obtain that copyright, and reserves the right to publish or reproduce that project. Any proceeds, which may result from the sale of reproductions of the essay, will be devoted to further community educational outreach campaign activities.

It is therefore agreed in consideration of publication of APA Alliance, that the student hereby assigns, transfers, and conveys to APA Alliance, its successors, to that copyright in the United States or elsewhere, including all right of registraton or publication incident to copyright ownership.

All entries will become the property of the APA Alliance.

It is also agreed that acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and photograph in printed materials, in website promotions, and for other promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
